Great as usual. Love the food, atmosphere. Staff is always friendly. Reasonably priced.

EATERS BEWARE!! 6 of us ate there Wednesday 1/29 and all of us who had the Queso dip got food poisoning!! Other than that, the food and chips were outstanding;

We went here about a year ago and it was delicious! Our recent trip wasnt so good. Food was edible, not delicious as before. Restrooms were dirty and no toilet paper. Restaurant itself was dirty. Service was ok.

I LOVE the Queso Fundido, but the tacos were literally the most American tacos I’ve ever had. EVER. Besides Taco Bell and that doesn’t count. Everything else is good. The margaritas are bomb!

My family enjoys Mexican food but me not so much. I find a planned but I will admit this place has big helpings and pretty good food. Sometimes you don't get what you want because they can understand English all that well but their staff is very friendly and they're good Waiters. The food prices are pretty good, compatible with all the other restaurants in Hannibal and their menu selection is great. I would recommend this place

Best Mexican restaurant I have EVER been to! I grew up in Hannibal and now live in Nevada. We can't find anything like Gran Rio near us, it is literally crazy living in the southwest and having to go home to Hannibal, MO for good Mexican food.I never go home without having some gran rio!

I go here whenever I crave Mexican food. They are the best Mexican place I have tried in Missouri. The food is always consistently delicious, and the complimentary chips and salsa is the best around.

The food is very fresh and the service is quick and easy. I lover the salsa with individual bowls so much better than the free for all at some places. I got the Sinaloa chicken and it was Divine. Lunch specials are enough to have a take home. Ambiance is noisey but quaint.

Great food and prices

This was our first visit. We loved it. The waiters were hustling on a busy Saturday night, we did not have to wait long for our order. The food was good, not up to Arizona standards but very close! The only complaint we might have is that we thought the chips were a bit tough. We would recommend this place to anyone.

Great family restaurant. Authentic Mexican food and it tastes amazing! Great place to hold parties or just go and eat with family and friends.

This restaurant has become one of my favorite places to eat in Hannibal. Their salsa is the best in the area, their staff is friendly and polite, and I’ve never been served a meal there that disappointed me. I would suggest the chicken fajita burrito or their Rio special.

The food was awful and it took FOREVER to get, the only thing I really enjoyed was the fries.

Food was good. Place was packed. The waiter came to our table 5 times with drinks and refills before asking for our order and after we got our food, never came back to check on us. Had to wave him down for the check. Food came quickly and hot so that was good.

Not bad. Chicken was a bit dry, but overall a satisfying meal.

A good quickŕ kunch at a fair price. Hot food and good service. The cheese steak is great. Drink refills are quick and cold drink is best served. The servers work hard to keep your business.

Some of the best Mexican we have had. Had two meals with soda's and it was under 20 bucks. Salsa was excellent. Staff was friendly. Wait time to get our food wasn't bad and they were pretty busy.

Family owned, managed and run Mexican style restaurant with unique take on classic dishes. Huge portions, helpful service and lively ambience. As part of my meal, I ordered chili relleno. It was the best I ever had with a nice creamy queso blend filling smothered with home made sauce. I asked for special ingredients and they provided without any extra charge. When in town, be sure to check them out. I know I will.

Reasonably priced. Servers are great and friendly. I’m originally from South Texas and the food is much better down there.

not flavor on the food and is really expensive, margaritas have no flavor, the service is poor i will not recommend this place

Had to ask for my 2 year olds cheese quesadilla 2 times after everyone else got their food she ate off my plate and was full by the time we got it not going back.

Very good. Food came quick and it was very good. Even my little brothers likes it. People were very nice.

Passing through Hannibal Missouri. Needed a good meal. Found it! Very pleased! Only a few minor critiques. FAJITAS for two should come with a serving spoon. Please no broccoli in fajitas. Need red and yellow peppers to go along with the green. Server was fast and friendly. Very nice atmosphere. Very good job employees!

Great place open late. Travling through arrived late, and needed to find some dinner at 845 pm. Stopped in very late, and they served up an epic meal. Staff was very friendly, you would never have known it was less than 45 min to close. Fresh flavorful food arrived quickly served piping hot. Fajita plate sizzled for several minutes after arriving at the table, releasing delicious smells. While not from the area, I would gladly stop in again.

Tried and true.. always good food and service. Only downside is no menu available online.
